Manufacturing Process

Design and Engineering

This stage focuses on customer requirements like product size, output volume, process time and temperature. Continuous flow or indexing sequence are selected to match customer’s requirements along with the conveyor system (roller, wire belt, teflon, fiberglass or Kevlar fabric belt mesh or solid; belt, monorail or overhead) are available. Depending on load and desired production output, DC, AC, VFD drive package are selected during this phase.

Material Procurement

Based on design, all necessary materials like aluminized or galvanized steel for oven chamber construction, ceramic fiber or mineral wool insulation for best heat performance, and specified conveyor components are procured during this step of the process.

Fabrication

Steel components are cut to size, welded, fastened, and assembled to create the oven framework. Insulation panels, access doors, and the conveyor system are built based on the design.

Assembly

The pre-fabricated chamber, insulation panels, and conveyor system are assembled to create the core structure of the oven. Heating elements, control panels, and safety features are then integrated during this step of the build process.

Testing & Commissioning

Once assembled, the conveyor oven undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it achieves and maintains the desired temperatures uniformly. Safety systems and controls are also thoroughly checked.

Documentation & Delivery

After successful testing, the oven is cleaned, painted (if required), and documented with manuals and schematics. Finally, the oven is shipped to the customer’s site for installation and commissioning.
